The Spring modular rug for exterior and interior environments is embroidered by hand. The floral pattern is executed with one or two-colour flat braids in Rope yarn on elements in Kimia fabric. Once embroidered, the modules are sewn together with Punto Zigzag to form the surface of the rug. The number of elements varies according to the dimension of the rug. The handwork and the preciousness of the designs lead Paola Lenti to advise against the use of the Spring rug in high traffic areas. Only one color for the backing and up to a maximum of four colors for the embroidery can be chosen. Manufactured by Paola Lenti.
