Alex Ortega (born 1988) and Carlos Guijarro (born 1989) founded their namesake Barcelona design studio OrtegaGuijarro in 2017.  Each has a background in both industrial and interior design and established a goal to create individual and surprising everyday solutions with their work.  The trademark of their designs is clear and, at the same time, poetic aesthetics. On their way towards their goal, they always set out on a search for the perfect interface between curiosity, experimentation, and technical innovation.  The disciplines within which they move comprise art and fashion as well as technology.
