Designed by: Roberto Lazzeroni
Manufactured by: Ceccotti
One of Ceccotti's most iconic pieces is its D.R.D.P. sofa. Its initials stand for "double rêve du primetemps." In French, "double dream of spring" - the title of a painting by De Chirico that designer Roberto Lazzeroni found powerfully evocative. This small sofa seems to fuse the surreal images of Salvador Dalì with the engaging sensual forms of Art Nouveau, imaginatively reworked by the designer in the late 1980s. Manufactured by Ceccotti.
