The Sponge lounge chair's uniquely "crinkled and crumpled" aesthetic is the result of a production process whereby liquid polyurethane is inserted into a closed mold that has been lined with oversized leather upholstery. During the foam's cooling phase, it clings to the leather creating ripples and wrinkles. As the reaction of the foam and leather is ultimately different each time, the resulting surface of each Sponge lounge chair will be also different. Available in several upholstery options.
