A icon of 20th century design, the Arco floor lamp draws its inspiration from vintage streetlights as it spans over and across sofas and tables in a number of interior settings. This clever design allows the user to plug the lamp into wall outlet yet will actually illuminate a space several feet away from its base. The floor lamp features a marble base as the counterweight supporting its curved stainless steel adjustable stem. The spun aluminum reflector elegantly hangs from the end of the stem and provides direct and indirect light. The marble base features beveled corners for safety and a hole that enables its user to cleverly move the base, The Arco floor lamp is part of the permanent collections of several museums around the world including New York's Museum of Modern Art. The lamp is available in an LED or incandescent version. UL listed. Manufactured by Flos.
