The Dia sideboard illustrates designer Chi Wing Lo's masterful manipulation of forms and materials and the extraordinary ways in which these can be combined. The Dia sideboard is constructed with sliding leather doors and the frame is constructed in solid wood and veneer in walnut canaletto wood. It features drawers, wood shelves, and two adjustable height swivel trays in walnut canaletto wood on each end of the form. The feet are in solid walnut canaletto wood and the metal foot-caps are painted in a bronze color. Manufactured by Giorgetti.

Chi Wing Lo (born 1954 in Hong Kong) was raised in Hong Kong and studied architecture at Harvard University, earning a master's degree and winning the best thesis prize in 1988. The designer is well-known for his furniture produced by brands including Giorgetti, a company for which he served as art director from 2004 to 2006. In addition to his commercial furniture design, Chi Wing Lo has worked on projects in major cities around the world, including designing a piece to commemorate the 10 year anniversary of Hong Kong's unification with China. He was nominated for the Mies van der Rohe Prize in Architecture for his Tower-House in Athens in 2009.
