Conceived as the modelling of a single sheet of paper, One Page pays homage to the continuity of forms that enhances the sculptural poetics of Ron Arad and to the manufacturing expertise of the Friulian company. The polyurethane "sheet" fulfils a dual role as the rigid load-bearing external structure and as the flexible internal padding. The resultant armchair, lacking cushions and padding in the seat, armrests and backrest, nevertheless creates a continuum of comfort, an essential goal of this project of ergonomic research.
