The Marea rug for exterior and interior environments is produced with braids shaped like waves in Aquatech or Rope yarn, which are sewn together lengthwise caring about their shapes. The extremities of each braid end with a fringe, which is always featured on the short side of the rug. The width of the braids may vary between cm 7 and cm 9 for the Rope braids and between cm 10 and cm 12 for the Aquatech ones; therefore, the length of the short side of the rug will often vary. The textile structure of this rug is free. An intense stepping may cause a variation of the rug’s dimension. Only one color can be chosen for the shaped braids in Aquatech; only one mélange of colors can be choosen for the shaped braids in Rope. Manufactured by Paola Lenti.
