The Shang rug for exterior and interior environments is produced by hand with a round Rope cord available in one solid color. This version of the rug features round decorated modules of 28" diameter each sewn together to create alternate geometric sequences. Due to the materials and the production technique, Paola Lenti advises against the use of the Shang rug in high traffic areas. Manufactured by Paola Lenti.

Paola Lenti

Paola Lenti (born 1958 in Alessandria, Italy) graduated from Milan's Polytecnico. In the early 1980s, she started working as an image coordinator and graphic designer for several events and fashion companies. In 1994, she founded her namesake design manufacturing company located in Italy's Meda furniture district just outside of Milan. Her company has become synonymous with textile innovation and its applications for home furnishings - known for its ongoing dedication to both research and experimentation.
