Aiko is a system of sideboards and cabinets that feature clean lines and fabulously sophisticated details. Inspired by the forms of ancient sideboards, Jean-Marie Massaud designed storage elements that are suspended on a base with feet that create a striking synergy with the associated doors with shaped profiles. With Aiko, it's all in the details that define its aesthetics - from shelves that appear to be floating inside the storage volumes to the sophisticated lighting within; from the central foot that becomes an aesthetic feature to the actual hinges themselves. The door finish options are remarkable - in addition to the classic wood, there is a wicker-effect wood and a laminated glass version with a linen-effect fabric interior.
