The Montera Stool is constructed with a shell in molded curved beech with padding in polyurethane foam. Its engaging form features a four-legged base in wenge-stained solid ash wood. The internal part of the shell is covered in Pelle Frau leather from the Color System. In elegant contrast, the external surface is in Cuoio Saddle Extra. The juxtaposition of these two materials is remarkable – each enhancing the other where they are sewn together creating a crisp edge. On the back of the seat, the visible stitching traces a delicate motif and hides the zipper which, akin to an impeccable, tailor-made suit, is used to close the cover. The seat is also available in a version completely covered in Pelle Frau leather from the Color System. The Montera stool is only available in a counter height version. Manufactured by Poltrona Frau.
