The Maui Lounge Chair is a monolith of solid cedar that has been sculpted into a sensuous lounge chair that that not only imbues the wood with a profound sense of softness but creates a surprisingly comfortable experience for the sitter. Any cracks or splits in the cedar wood as well as those that may develop over time are absolutely normal and are to be expected - these are simply part of Maui's aesthetic and typical of solid wood as it ages and responds to changing atmospheric conditions. Available with or without a columnar support disc-base composed of iron. Different cedar finishes are available; several color and finish options are also available for the version with iron base. Manufactured by Riva 1920.
