Given the success of Gabriele Rosa's Calamo desk/console, Taschino is a smaller version of this wonderful surface that provides concealed storage - perfect as a night table. It features a varnished steel frame and top in several finishes as well as an integrated storage compartment in hide leather located to the right underside of the top. This concealed storage is actually accessed through a panel in the top - its decorative perforation is perfect for inserting a finger and lifting the panel. Taschino's slender profile allows its use in a number of interior applications. The storage compartment is great for storing a range of objects like keys, cell phone, charger, etc. The negative space on the underside makes it ideal for pairing with a chair - permanently or as needed.
