Just brilliant! With his Dear Ingo suspension light (its name pays homage to lighting maestro Ingo Maurer), Ron Gilad has taken the archetypal form of a task lamp and thoroughly recontextualized it. Rather than seeing it as a lone object on a surface like a desk, here the form has been multiplied and presented as a suspension light. Each of Dear Ingo's "arms" is adjustable allowing the user to not only present the piece in a number of interesting ways (and resulting sizes) but to direct light several ways. Available in white or black finishes. UL listed. Manufactured by Moooi.
